VISITING INDUSTRIAL FIELD TRIP

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhh..
Hi everyone, welcome back to my blog. This is my second blog. Now, i will share my experience during my tour in pare-pare city on 7-8 November 2019.

DAY 1
at 8.00 we gathered at the orange building for an absence and then prayed together before leaving the campus. at 9.00 we left the campus and my friend, nayu handayani, was the first person to explain her material about makassar. 
Finally, we arrived at best western hotel makassar beach. In best western hotel, we had a room tour and table manner. The types room are deluxe double bed room, deluxe twin bed room, superrior room, and suite room. The staff hotel told us about the facilities and the cost. After that we did table manner. When we practice table manner, the menu are avocado shrimp cocktail, cream soup, beef steak with mushroom and blackpepper sauce, Pudding mousse, and fresh slice fruit. 
After that we continue our field trip to pare-pare city.  on the way to the pare-pare city, it was my turn to explain my guiding material about livelihood system and religion system of pangkep regency. 
After that, we arrived at paputo beach restaurant. We had dinner on there. 

After that we went to hotel. We checked in at delima sari hotel and stayed for a night on there. 
On the next day, we did a morning exercise. We walked to sea port of pare-pare. In the sea port we ask about the schedule ship. This year there isnt cruise ship but last year there is a cruise ship. 
After that we walked to habibie ainun love monument, we took some pictures 

And then we back to the hotel to breakfast and take a shower. After that we checked out.
We continue our field trip to carlos. Carlos is the most popular souvenir shop at pare-pare city. There are chocolate from malay, snack, mantao pare, and etc. After that we went to B.J.Habibie's old house. But for this time, the house is used by the headmaster of indonesian national bank. This house is still original. The house is never renovated. 

After that we went to teras empang restaurant. We had lunch. The view is very beautiful. It's near from tonrangeng riverside 

After lunch we back to makassar. On the way to makassar we re-viewed about our activities during this trip. And we got free time. Finally at 17.19 we arrived at our campus. 
So that's my experience during this trip, i hope this blog that i wrote is not boring and useful for us. And i want to say thank you to ma'am atri as advisor, mr. Atong from tumangetta tour&travel, mr. Tato as driver and thank you to our best and beautiful tour leader, kak ilo. Sorry if there is a mistake because i'm only human. Thank you for reading my blog. assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatu
let me introduce my self, my full name is tenri awaru baso but you can call call me tenri. i'm 18 years old. i'm from makassar.

DAY 1
at 7.30 we gathered at the orange building for an absence and then prayed together before leaving the campus. at 8.00 we left the campus and my friend, dwi rizky armelia, was the first person to explain her material about makassar.



at 9.30 we arrived at the rammang rammang area. we took a boat to get to berua village. this is my first time riding a boat. i'm so excited. along the pute river , we saw many palm trees. about 30 munutes we arrived at berua village.


the first we visited in the berua village was the diamond cave. to go to the diamond cave we had to walk same distance and then we also had to climb using a ladder and then get to the top. there is a local guide named suryani who said that the diamods cave was discovered by his father through a dream. mr. muslimin is a person who discovered the diamonds cave. diamonds that are not diamonds like i imagined, diamonds on there is like a sand. the diamonds has been examined twice. in the diamonds cave, there is also a stone shaped like half a human body and a squid-shaped stone. and also there is a stone shaped like an elephant. for your information, to enter thr diamonds cave you have to pay Rp.5000.

after that, we gathered for lunch then midday prayers.

after that, the second place we visited in berua village was kingkong cave. in kingkong cave there is a stone shaped like a kingkong. that's why it's called kingkong stone . in the past, kingkong cave was called passaung. the place is used as a place for cockfighting by men as a symbol of manhood.

after that, the third place we visited in berua village was ammarrung field. this place is called ammarrung because if the rocks dropped by rain water the stone will sound. in the berua village there are also mangrove trees. mangrove tree is one of the protected plants. mangrove trees can prevent abrasion on the coast.



after that we took the boat again to the first dock. and at 16.55 we left the rammang-rammang area.



DAY 2
At 6.30 we gathered at the orange building for an absence then prayed together. at 7.00 we left the campus heading to the pangkep regency. on the way to the pangkep regency, it was my turn to explain my guiding material about the knowledge system of maros regency.


at 8.55 we arrived at the blacksmith. on there we met the owner of the family business. the owner's name is mr. syamsuddin. they can make 14-20 knives every day. the process of making a knife that is scrap metal is collected first. after that it is burned using firewood from cashew trees. when the iron is still hot, the iron is beaten or hammered until it becomes thin and then it is filed to become a sharp knife. after that a wooden handle attached. 

after that, we visited the traditional market in pangkep regency. the traditional market is open every day from6.00 am- 5.00 pm. the traders are not only from pangkep regency. there are also people from outside sulawesi island, for example from java island 

after that we had lunch at 88 restaurant while waiting for the men do friday prayer. then we continue the journey to BATARI. BATARI is a place for processing milkfish without thorns. the name of the owner is ratna mentari. they have 13 products. BATARI already has the legality of the health department. BATARI also cooperates with the ministry of industry. BATARI has 6 permanent employees. how to pull a milkfish thorns are with an anatomy knife. 


after that we left pangkep regency and stopped at a mosque in maros regency to perform asr prayer. 
at 18.30 we arrived at campus and were distributed dinner before go home.
